Youth Athletic Programs
Basketball
Coed: 5-6 Boys: ages 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-19
Girls: ages 7-9, 10-13
Competitive program where participants are taught fundamentals, teamwork and sportsmanship. One practice and one game per week.
Admission fee charged for games.
Registration - October - November or until leagues are filled.
Season - December through March
Flag Football
Boys and Girls ages 5-8.
Fundamentals of flag football, teamwork and sportsmanship in a non-competitive fun environment. One game & one practice per week.
Admission fee charged for games.

Tackle Football
Boys and Girls ages 9-12
Competitive program where participants learn football skills and fundamentals. Teamwork and sportsmanship are key elements. Physical Required.
Several practices and one game per week. Department issued equipment except undergarments and mouthpiece

Cheerleaders
Girls ages 9-12
Non-competitive program in conjunction with Tackle Football. Cheer dances and routines practiced and performed. One practice and one game per week. Cheer outfit is additional cost.

Farris Memorial Park Fall Soccer
Boys and Girls ages 3-12
Competitive program teaching soccer skills, teamwork and sportsmanship. Program held at Farris Memorial Park. Revenues to Town of Mayodan. Shinguards and mouthpiece required. One practice and 1-2 games per week.

T-Ball
Boys and Girls ages 4-7
Non-competitive program teaching fundamentals of baseball, teamwork
and sportsmanship in a fun environment. One practice and one game per week.

Nationally sanctioned Dixie Youth Baseball program teaching baseball fundamentals/skills while stressing sportsmanship and teamwork. Several practices and 2-3 games per week.
